Why is my iPhone randomly installing apps?

My iPhone is randomly downloading apps that I never have/never would put on my phone. A few weeks ago it randomly put on yahoo mail, and I don’t even have a yahoo account. I didn’t really think much of it, but today tinder downloaded on my Phone and I have absolutely no idea why. There is no one else on my Apple ID and I didn’t go on the App Store once today. This is really starting to freak me out because I don’t want my personal info out on the internet in places that I don’t want it. Does anyone know what is going on???
