Battery on iOS 11.3.1

Hi,

i updated my iPhone to iOS 11.3.1 and i get some troubles such as: my iPhone shutdown unexpectedly and i have to use lightnigh cable to wake it up. But it shows a low battery, and charged to 100% quickly after that. I think it is a virtual battery percentage showing. I check Battery Health and it shows that Max Capacity is 100%. It also shows that my battery us significantly degraded. I really do not understand what is happening. I check my Battery with Battery Life App and Log file in Analytics on iPhone. It's also show that my iPhone just in low wear level. Anyone has this problem like me? if anyone know this problem, please give me an advice. Thanks!

Hey. I had a similar problem with the update on 11.3.1. I replaced the battery with a new one, although the old one showed only 93% of wear. The phone stopped turning off, but after a while stopped showing any statistics about the battery consumption.

Hi

Go to settings down to battery click that beta health if battery is over 2 years old you will need a new battery.

Make an appointment at Apple store or contact Support.apple.com for posting details.

Problems with the unexpected shutdown I have, so I replaced the battery with a new one, but autonomy still leaves much to be desired, to the same part of me does not work the battery statistics.
