If you're referring to a book you downloaded from the iTunes Store, clickhereand ask, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.

If you're referring to a book you downloaded from a non-Apple website, check the store's help pages.

If you're referring to an iBook computer, ask the people you bought it from.
