IMessage is “Unable to load One Drive”

iMessage says Unable to connect to One Drive

I have confirmed I’m connected to my wi-fi as suggested in the app. It tells me to connect but I’m already connected. I can open OneDrive but not in iMessage like I was able to do last week.

Hello lynettefromkingwood!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! I see from your post that the Microsoft OneDrive app in Messages will not load anything. Being able to access those files to send as attachments at any given moment is very important. Let's see what we can do to find a lasting solution.

We have a great resource called Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch . Try removing the OneDrive app in Messages and then adding it back by following the instructions found in this article.

I hope this information helps.

Kindest Regards
