I have problem to reset security questions

Hi guys I have problem to reset security questions I tried every where there Apple team tell me but still my problem is remaining same.Apple team not supported me I send many witness my Icloud ID is closed due to security reasons.I talked with team but untill no response too lazy team.If have apple Id and Password is ok and My email is as witness since I activated this mobile ICLOUD team sent me WELLCOME and still receiving emails from Apple team after that what issue to reset my questions to apple team can I go to USA for opening this mobile set.No good way from Apple to treat customers.

Thanks friends I am tired from Apple.

Were you talking to Apple ID Support? If not, try them.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If the initial contact can’t help you, ask them to have someone who can help contact you.

I talked with advisor I sent him proof of email which received from Apple support when I activated my account first time also send him box picture and many screen shots of emails communication with apple team but he said relevant document is only receipt but you know in Karachi mostly shopkeepers buying mobiles from Dubai without warranty and they selling less price compare to franchise.Mostly people 90% buying from common market with simple slip or receipts.No any proper entry after 1.5 years receipt also missing everybody don't care .That is problem so they didn't want open my mobile.I am first owner trying since one year for opening because I am not rich man.
