how can i auto save any photo in my iphone x from any app automatic to my camera roll without press save
because i try on messenger many times it is not coming even when i enable save camera roll it is not saving automatic i have to save each photo by myself any one knows how to do it auto

Automatic save is only for your Apple built-in camera app.
You need to save when using 3rd parties app.
Messenger is not an Apple product.

You cannot. You have to take the photo first and then add it to iMessage.
In any Android there is this option save automatically they should put it here also thank for your answer
Apple is not Android.
I know that .. I mean in my note 3 it was saving photos from messenger automatically I don’t have to save it by myself I thought this iOS has this option too :)
