Issue with Titan Quest

Hello. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with a problem I’m having with a game called Titan Quest on iOS. I bought the app over a year ago, and haven’t played it after completing difficulties. Recently I got the urge to go back to it and play it over again, but found out that it was removed from the AppStore some time between my break, not sure when.

I was somehow able to download it again (I think I went through a safari link or something), but the problem I’m having is that it keeps lagging, and once I get to a certain part of the game/map (usually very beginning after the city of Sparta, the area called Delphi I think), it completely crashes. I tried multiple times restart the app, even disabled iCloud. Nothing is fixing it. I’m playing on iPhone 8 Plus, but never had issues on my old iPhone 6s. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
