Safari - displaying old pages

I recently visited a website under construction. Now the website has been completed when I visit the site it is still displaying old page info. I have cleared the cache. I have quit Safari, but still no joy. Chrome and Firefox are fine. Safari is fine on my iPad and iPhone - but the correct page info/layout will not display on the iMac. I don't have the "Reset Safari" option in the Safari drop down.

How do i see the latest page info?

PS. My customer has the same issue on her iMac

iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.1)

Try Safari/History/Show All History and delete the web site.

If that doesn't work, go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db and move it to the trash.
