Why is my Settings App opening with icloud?
When I try to open my setting app, icloud opens up. Why is that happening? I have Sierra 10.13.4

sounds like it is trying to get you to start using two factor authentication, click to go further and then you should be able to select later, when you do that you r opening of System Preferences should go back to normal.
