The charging port on iPhone SE

Hi. The charging port on my iPhone SE needs replacing. It has become worse and worse at accepting different leads, until now it has stopped charging completely (I have tried different cables). Other than charging issues (it also runs out very quickly even with no apps open) the phone works very well.

Is it possible to replace the charging port? Is it worth it? Is it a battery replacement problem?
