My iPhone 6 randomly started to show these red lines (see photo below) as well as the screen glitching (see video). I did not drop or hit this phone on anything. I simply put it in my pocket, completely fine, then when I took it out it had the red lines on it. What can I do to fix it?

Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. That's a hardware problem.

There is no such thing as an LCD repair... Apple will undoubtedly replace the display in its entirety. They do not do component level repairs. The only options are replacement of the display and a few other small components (home button, etc) or complete replacement of the device.
