Green and blue lines on the middle of the screen

My iPhone X has some green and blue lines in the middle of the screen. Sometimes it’s only a green one and other times there are like 4 diferent lines. I haven’t dropped it and touch works perfectly fine. Help me please

Try restarting your phone.
