I forgot my keychain password for my MacBook Pro. I am using High Sierra 10.13.4.
How can I recover the keychain password?

Once the login password is forgotten , recovering the same login password is not possible as they are always encrypted and saved in keychain access .
But the login password that is kept same as the keychain password can be changed in the recovery mode , for that a Mac user must always have iCloud verification code , Apple ID , iCloud id and its password .
You didn't mentioned are you able to sign in with login password or not ?
Method is there to change the password if you permitt the answer can be posted .
There is no recovery of a forgotten keychain password.
You'll have to create a new login keychain if you can't remember what it was.
It's the same as your login password unless you changed it.
