update critical error when I start Macbook

I see Update critical error when I want to start the computer. It gets to the loop of try again. I have to restart it few times and then it works for some time and blocks after half an hour of work. It's new computer we just started wokring on it . Please help!

Hi,

Resetting SMC as well as NVRAM could solve the problem.

How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

How to reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If they don't work, booting in Recovery mode to repair SSD could solve the problem.

About macOS Recovery - Apple Support

Also boot in Safe mode, then normal boot could solve the problem.
