If you're using options for enlarged fonts or screen scaling try setting things back to normal.

There is usually a PrtScn key to take a screenshot. You can paste it into an image application like Paint would should have on your computer. Save as a .png or .jpg file. Attach using the camera tool in the editor or drag & drop into your post.

If you're using a small notebook computer you might be missing a button. Try setting the screen to portrait mode.
