Tinnitus from regular AirPods use?

Bluetooth does not cause tinnitus (and lots of other headphones use Bluetooth). Sound waves cause tinnitus.

If it continues however, go and see a doctor. Try not using them for a few days and see if that helps. But spoken word? That baffles me. In any case try not using the airpods for a couple of days and see if the issue comes back. If it does see a doctor and get that checked out.

No, not specifically from the AirPods. Any IEMs will give you tinnitus if you play them too loud for too long.

There is nothing about the AirPods that would cause tinnitus more that any other headphone.

Or if you've been to too many rock concerts with your ears right next to the Marshall or Ampeg stack. That's well known to cause tinnitus.
