I’m attempting to update apps and download apps. I keep getting the Apple ID is disabled and I don’t know what to do..

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
I will be following to see what they tell you. I went thru all the steps and it continues to give me the same message every time I try to download an app. Frustrated!!
