display all bookmarks in a folder

I'm running Safari 11.1 on High Sierra 10.13.4 on a 2013 MacBook Pro. I failed to add bookmark folders as I need them so my bookmarks list is a disaster - and searching for a site that I know I bookmarked is exasperating.

Is there a folder view of bookmarks? I'd like to create bookmark folders in that folder and then drag and drop the bookmarks into the correct "topical" folder. I'd be able to clean up the bookmarks in a jiffy.

Thanks in advance for your help!
