Apple ID Unlock - In a very tight pickle

Hi there,

My apple ID has been locked due to security reasons even though I haven't done anything deserving of that. As I have tried to unlock it with my password, it takes me to two options: a rescue email option of which I have none, and the Security Questions page. I can not remember my Security Questions and there is no option for me to reset these questions. I do not have a rescue email to help with unlocking it. This apple ID is also not signed into my IPhoneX. If there is any way to unlock my apple ID using an alternate method it would be very much appreciated!
