The folder base.lproj opens up on login / restart.

Hello,

I upgraded my 750g Macintosh HDD to a 500 g Crucial SSD yesterday using the program SuperDuper. I am getting an annoying base.lproj folder opening every time I boot. It does not happen in Safe Mode. I ran a Etrecheck report and here it is. Thanks for any help you can throw me on this issue.
