Can’t open my pages in my iphone. It’s blinking but won’t open

first thing to try is to restart your phone. hold the 'power' button down til it shows "Slide to power off", slide and wait. then restart by holding down the power button again.

If that doesnt work....

delete and reinstall the pages app.
