Did you check Settings > Notifications > Your Banking App and turn on notifications there?
I deleted the app then reinstalled it. Notifications are working now. Thank you ag
Just to make sure we're on the same page, I don't mean settings within the banking app itself. I mean the Settings App on your Phone > Notifications.
If notification are turned on there as as within the Banking app itself, the next thing would be to contact your bank for assistance. Apple isn't responsible for their app.
I just amended my response above. Apple isn't responsible for your banks app, so you should reach out to them for help.
One thing you could try is to delete the app, then reinstall the app, sign back in and see if notification appear then.
Yes, they are all turned on. I used to get them when I had an iPhone 7 but can’t remember getting them once I got the iPhone X
Yes both of them are on. The settings when I go through the app and the settings on my iPhone
