iTunes Purchases in my Library wongo

I have latest version iTunes12.7.4.80 May 7, 2018 for Windows10. In my iTunes Library, the first line under Playlists is Purchased. In the Purchased detail there are 211 songs. That's wrong. I created a Smart Playlist to capture only songs where "Purchased = True" and all my purchased iTunes songs are there, complete and accurate. I'd like the "Purchased" folder to be complete and accurate. Is there a way to do this? I'm having a lot of problems syncing my iPod.
