What does the word "null" appear in front of an addressee's email address?

When I address certain email addresses, the world "null" appears in front of the addressee's email address: why does this happen and what does it mean?

random adress shows up in some apps when starting to type Dear forum members, I have the problem that a home address is displayed when I want to type something in various apps ( e.g. spotify, Google maps) this is not my address and the address is not set anywhere as far as I can see now. This message it usually means that your reply-to address may be labeled wrong.

One place to start is Mail>Window>Previous Recipients
