Have u tried rebooting it and keep it plugged during the attempt ?
Actually lots of important data are in my ipad, if reboot all those things will be deleted. Is there any option to solve it. Some apps data is not possible to backup. There were no problem on the last updates but 11.3.1
Rebooting means to close it and restart it
Actually i did it so many times but there is nothing. I think i have to reset it and format all the data 😢😢😢😢😢😢😟😟. I can’t understand why this problem arise. Thank for you suggestion.
