How do you change the scale of vertical axis?

How do you change the scale of vertical axis? I think that is what I want to do???

I want to chart a total sales vs 1 territory sales on the same axis, so I can see if the territory follows the same trend line as total sales.

single click the chart, then open the formatter for the Chart Axis. Select the "Value (Y)" segment, then adjust the "Min and Max values for Scale.
