**Fix** - iPod Classic stuck on Verifying

My iPod Classic has recently been stuck on Verifying when I connect it to iTunes. Found a suggestion online that actually worked so thought I would share here. Tried replying to one of the original threads but couldn’t for some reason...


1. Open iTunes and connect iPod.

2. As soon as Verifying message appears click on the eject iPod button. You will be warned that syncing is not complete, click ok.

3. Wait for ipod to eject and display OK to Disconnect. (This took a while)

4. Disconnect iPod and then reconnect.


Thats all I did and working fine now.
