Unable to Verify Exchange Account Information

I have an I-phone 6 plus that lost connection to my Microsoft Exchange server. I continue to get the "Exchange Account - Unable to Verify" message. I've deleted the account and tried to add again and still can't get it to work. I have the server name, password, user name, correct and can get my emails and calendar through OWA but no longer through my regular phone email, calendar, and contacts apps. My email server provider said that everything looks fine on there end. I tried the same thing with my wife's I-Phone 7 and get the same error message. This had been working just fine for years and now I can't figure out how to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When I asked about seeing it, I was asking about him seeing it on the network, not personally looking at it. He should be seeing something in the log that could explain why you cannot verify. Unfortunately, there isn't much else you can do at this point, unless there is something on your device that is creating the issue, such as a glitch in some saved file. You can test that by creating a current backup. Then restore the device to factory and set it up as a new device, not from a backup. Do not add any other content to the device except after it finishes activation, attempt to add the Exchange account and see what happens. If it still won't verify, then I would say it has to be at the server side and the administrator would have to work to correct the issue. I cannot believe this is the first time they have encountered a device not connecting. They must have some idea how to rectify the situation.

You need to check with the Exchange Administrator. Many accounts have restrictions on the number of devices that can connect to the same account, and if you have changed phones in the past and not removed the old ones, that could be a problem. If you can access from OWA, then go to Options, and then mobile devices. If that does not help, your Exchange administrator may need to reset your account.

I did this. There were 5 devices (2 current and 3 old). I removed those and I'm still getting the same problem. My exchange administrator reset my account and I'm still getting the same problem. Note that I'm able to connect to the exchange account from my laptop and desktop devices through Microsoft Outlook in addition to connecting through OWA. I just can no longer connect through my iPhones. 😟

Is the Exchange Administrator able to see your mobile device at all? Are you manually configuring the account, or trying to allow it to be configured for you? Have you tried resetting Network settings on the phone? That will also reset your wi-fi passwords, but it could help. Does this just happen at home on home wi-fi, or does it also occur at other wi-fi locations or on cellular data as well?
