Photoshop Elements 10 issue with MacOS

New MacBook Pro, set up with back up on external drive, including apps like Photoshop Elements 10 and Word for Mac. Neither work right after last couple updates. Am running 10.13.4 now. Went to Apple store today to get help being able to access Adobe update, which finally worked, but now the app doesn't. Error msg is NOT ENOUGH RAM. It acts corrupted as well, such as Adobe name disappears off top left corner of menu bar. Am I being forced to upgrade again? Will Elements 10 no longer work on the new Macs? Ugh...

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, 4 TBT3), iOS 11.3, null

Photoshop Elements 10 is not compatible with Mac 10.13, you would need to buy Photoshop Elements 2018.

In my experience Elements is outdated to other alternatives, test the trial of Affinity Photo, its far superior to most other applications in that price range.
