My apple music app won't open. I just get a white screen and it closes after a few seconds.
I saw tips for people with iPhones but I'm using it on a Huawei android.
Is the system bugged?
Any suggestions would be welcome.

OK I've had this issue today at a party which took me hours before to prepare a playlist. Go to apps. Google play services on your phone clear cache and manage data and clear or reset, it then will work, promise you I was so annoyed, but the party is now over but I got my music back.
Mine was working fine for the last two months since I joined and suddenly not.
Any ideas what's the issue any out there

Worked perfectly for ages and was commonly used and now will not open.

I contacted apple support today, they couldn't help me. I requested a refund as membership was only renewed yesterday and now using Deezer. But gutted as I've lost all my playlists!

Go to settings, apps, Google play, clear cache and manage data and reset or clear, it will then work
