My applemusic app (on a Huawei android) wont open, what can I do?

Hi same here, Seemed to happen to me once I installed the new system update.

Same for me, on my Huawei mate 9.

Worked perfectly for ages and was commonly used and now will not open.

Mines the same on the pro hopefully get sorted soon missing my tunes

i have same issue jus 2 to 3days ago... pls. update if you found solution. We are paying monthly here.

Same here on Mate 9. It worked perfectly for a few months and now suddenly it can't even be opened :(

I contacted apple support today, they couldn't help me. I requested a refund as membership was only renewed yesterday and now using Deezer. But gutted as I've lost all my playlists!

Go to settings, apps, Google play, clear cache and manage data and reset or clear, it will then work

I tried this and it works but as soon as you restart the phone it breaks again.

What happens when you clear the data?? What data gets deleted?
