Why is dropbox saying my IPHONE x is locked when trying to import my pictures? I am running windows IOS 10 and always getting the response of the fact that the IPHONE X is locked when trying to import. I have gone through all the chats - changed the settings on dropbox icon and still getting the same response

Importing photos i keep getting this “something went wrong: we are having trouble accessing items on this device” notification on my computer.i have looked up and tried everything to get it to work. nothing is working. i have reset my privacy settings and the “trust this computer” notification will not come up on my phone whatsoever. i have restarted, updated, reset, and changed and done everything i can and nothing will work i just cant import photos. i have an iPhone 8 plus and a microsoft surface laptop PC.

Can not import Photos from iPhone into Photos app! I have seen this question many times here and Apple keeps closing the thread so no one else can comment even though the issue is still not solved! Looks to me like a bug created by Apple to force users to purchase more storage on iCloud to get around this! Apple do the right thing and fix this issue, you make enough money! Issue, iPhone is connected and unlocked, Photos says it is not unlocked. If it loads images it then unmounts and starts all over again. Have tried everything mentioned in other threads, new test user, booting in safe mode with the shift key, still the exact same issue!
