Unlock iphone message comes up when I am trying to transfer photos to my Mac

Hi,

I'm using iphone Xs Max and experiencing "unlocking" issue in transferring my photos to photo app on my Mac:

Whenever I connected my iphone to my MacMini(Catalina), the Photo app begins, showing "preparing~~ to import photos~~" and then showing another message "Please unlock iphone ~~".

I unlocked my iphone, but the message keeps showing and I was never be able to transfer any photos on my iphone yet.

I tried, shut off/on my computer, iphone again and again, but it doesn't really help anything.

Do you guys experience same thing? And how did you resolve this?

I'm really annoyed..

Once your iPhone is unlocked (meaning you see its home screen), be certain it trusts your computer.
