Photos greyed out Print Product Store Account
Does Apple still support Print Products? the Print Product Store Account is greyed on my Mac's photos app?

Sure it does
In the Photos preferences ==> general do you have the print products country set to your country and is your library set as the system library? Have you created a book and previewed it - Preview a print project in Photos or iPhoto to avoid issues - Apple Support ?
What exactly happens when you click buy book?
