iPhone 7 Microphone Problems & Freezing

I had bought the iPhone 7 about a year ago. A couple months ago I had dropped my phone and cracked the screen but it had ran perfectly fine for these months. This week, my phone had got the "white screen of death" and I had to put it in recovery mode to get it going again, after that, my microphone wouldn't seem to work and when ever I call, try to record a video or voice memos, my phone freezes up.
