my iphone 7 plus front camera and front microphone do not work.

my phone has bern like this for a while now. whenever i try to turn the front camera on, its like all green and then my screen freezes and i have to restart my phone and the microphone dont work either and i cant make any calls. wired ear/headphones also dont work with my phone unless i use bluetooth ones.
