What happened Screenshot Editor?

I have been using the screenshot thumbnail editing/uploading/sharing tool on my iPhone X since i got it. But it has all of a sudden stopped working. When I snap a screenshot, it goes straight to photos without a thumbnail popping up with editing/sharing features. I miss this feature! Did something change in the last IOS update? Thanks
