How do I re-establish my credit card from my old phone to my new one?

Go to iTunes main page bottom of page apple I'd click that view I'd Go to manage payments add / check credit card.

Are you using the same Apple ID account? If so, the Payment Information is linked to that, not to the device.

It can't be transferred. You will have to re enter those credentials.

Tap Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping

Just log into your iCloud account on the new phone.

If you're having a problem, you really need to explain what's wrong.
