Apple store ecard converted to App Store ecard

my sister ordered the wrong e gift card for me. I was wondering if there was a way to convert it to App Store e gift card.

You could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will credit your iTunes account with the card's value : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
