apple pen not work on my ipad pro 1st generation

when i connectmy pen to ipad pro...it connect then suddenly disconnect...i dont know why.??

i update my pro to the ios 11.3.1...but still the same

In bluetooth, try forget apple pen, then try do the pairing again. See what happens.
