iPhone 6 dosent charge overnight + in certain areas.
Try to use a different charger and/or a different cable and/or a different wall outlet. Gently clean the lightning port on your device from lint or debris. Read this support guide:

I just got a new iPhone 6 from eBay and when I put it to charge and move my phone in certain areas my phone does not charge. Also, when I leave my phone to charge overnight, I always check that the phone is charging but it doesn’t charge overnight
