If I remember correctly, I went to where it shows up when you’re sending a text and went to the far right where the ... are for more. I went there and uninstalled Starbucks and reinstalled and now it works fine.

Yes! It turns out it never did work... apparently they are working that bug out.
I emailed : StarbuckseGiftCardSupport@cashstar.com
And they were very quick and responsive. They refunded me the money that day (as I provided my confirmation number that the transaction went through) and it was all very seemless. I then just used the regular Starbucks App and it worked no problem.

Also, to reinstall I think I had to go to the upper right and click edit and turn Starbucks back on.
Same thing happened to me.... now the iMessage able just continues to say unable to load
..... yet my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email. I’ve emailed the support contact provided so am hoping to hear back soon.
