photos app keeps reverting filters to original on my pictures

I've been having this problem too. Here is what I did:

1. Double click your home button, then swipe up on the app screens that will show up.

2. Restart your device by holding the lock/off button down until you see the slider on the screen.

3. Wait 30 seconds, then press the lock/off button again to start it up.

4. Once your phone is on, try to use the filters again. It worked for me! 🙂
