can i make my own filters using the editing in the photo app then save it as a preset filter because it’s really annoying to change all of the settings for each photo D: thanks!

It may be possible through third party extensions as mentioned here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205245 . A similar apple support discussion mentioned the idea of making a separate album of photos with the different filters to refer to in the future.
