validating au licensed over cracked.

I had a cracked plugin installed and now I have purchased the full licensed version. The problem is that when I reset & rescan that plug-in, the validation happens for the cracked plug-in and not the licensed version.

I tried deleting every possible playlist and the application itself and restarting/ rescanning etc without any luck. The crack is somehow still validating.

How would I search and destroy the crack so that the full version can be found and validated? Is there a command for the terminal and what information inside of the Audio Unit Validation Result dialogue can I use to locate the crack?
