My iPad mini using Safari delivers this message EVERY TIME I have zoomed on an image at Facebook.com. Where do I begin to look for a fix?

It is "their"webpage. All Safari did was ask Facebook to display the contents of the page. Any performance issues are the responsibility of your service provider, Facebook, the internet....
If all webpages in Safari behaved this way, it's possibly a question for Apple.
