Reducing skin rash from wearing Apple watch

Been wearing the watch for four days. My wrist starts to show some rash. They become subtle or almost gone when I take it off for several hours.

I don't use it for sports activities nor swimming. Sweating is very minimum as I work in a constant fully air-conditioned area the whole day. I believe it's pretty dry and I do clean both the band and skin using alcohol swab.

Anything else I can do to remove the rash? Will changing the band help?

Thanks.
