Dissabled iPhone 7

Bottom Line: I'm seeking the solution to bypassing the passcode lock to my iPhone 7. But first.....

I have the latest version of iTunes downloaded, and I'm using my Samsung Galaxy Book/Bad *** tablet which runs on NOT user friendly Windows 10. The initial challenge I am running into is when I hook the iPhone 7 into the USB type C adapter. I receive a pop up telling me, "Not enough power in my hub to support the iPhone 7".

I went ahead and updated my USB drivers. And the only real reason I even did that is simply because I felt like I had no other solution or direction to go in. What do I have to do!?!? Go out and buy a Mac just to get through this over rated iPhone 7?? Please help me out, Apple family!!!!!!!

See the instructions here if your device is disabled, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

As far as the issue with using the tablet, I suspect it does not have the power in the USB connector, so you may need to use a powered hub with that USB-C connector. Otherwise, you may need to borrow an actual computer to restore the device, or go to an Apple Store and borrow one of theirs.
