Why caller ID from my husband's call shows His Name "& 2 others"?

Hi,

When my husband gives me a call from his iPhone SE, I see caller ID as His Name "& 2 others". His Name is real his name I saved in my contact list, but "& 2 others" are not understandable. Are there anyone knows what is this "& 2 others" after contact list's his name?

You have 2 other entries in your contacts that contain the same phone number.

Do you happen to have his work number entered in your contacts, and have someone else from his work entered in your contacts with the same number?

I removed one entry of same phone number, and now a separate two different numbers. But I see same ID as His Name "& 2 others". Are there some other things I can do or he can do? Thanks.
