AirPrint- how print photos on document paper. It auto goes to photo paper tray to print photos

using iPhone 8+ with latest iOS 11. All images appear to auto go to photo paper tray wHEB sent via AirPrint to late model HP all in one printer. I want to print on copy paper. There appears to be no setting in HP that controls AirPrint. Where can I control this in Airprint?

Can I save to PDF in AirPrint i am trying to use the print feature, AirPrint, to “print” or save to a PDF that I can save on my phone, then share via email, text, etc.
