How do i restore contacts that i deleted to my iphone 6s? My contacts were backed up to icloud prior to them being deleted. I would like to restore them to my iphone. Thank you.

If you weren't using iCloud for contact syncing then you can recover your contacts from a backup by restoring the device.
Navigate to Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Erase All Content and Settings on the device you want to restore.
When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from.
However, if you were using iCloud contact syncing your contacts aren't included in your backup and you should restore from iCloud.com➔ Settings ➔ Advanced ➔ Restore Contacts
